Have you ever felt so overwhelmed with anxiety that you haven't known quite what to do?
Are you often left feeling exhausted from the constant heaviness of your Anxiety?
Would you like to know how to understand your Anxiety more?

This workshop will look at how movement through yoga can be helpful in reducing the physical and mental effects of anxiety.

With a theme for each of the sessions, we will combine movement and breathwork, using techniques that can positively impact the nervous system to help create a feeling of safety.

Session 1
Friday 13th June - Meeting your Anxiety where it is.
Session 2
Friday 27th June - Grounding the physical, mental and emotional body.

We will explore how the body, mind and breath feels in the present moment which means you can be in control of your yoga practice and identify what you need at different times. This can also be used off the mat in every day life.

We will use affirmations as we move through the practice to help us feel connected.

The workshop will close with a guided meditation and shavasana.
